I know what it’s like to feel like you’re living under expectations that don’t quite fit.

Growing up as a preacher’s kid, I lived under constant eyes and unspoken expectations. Every word was weighed. Every move mattered. It taught me resilience, but it also lit a fire in me to understand people — what makes them tick, what holds them back, and what finally pushes them forward.

That curiosity became my first calling: helping people get back to who they really are.
I started my career as a facilitator for a life management seminar developed by Dr. Phil McGraw, guiding people through big, sometimes uncomfortable changes. I saw firsthand what happens when someone finally says, “Enough. I’m ready to live my life on my terms.” That experience shaped everything I do today.

For more than 20 years, I’ve worked as a recruiter, career coach, and strategist. I’ve sat on the hiring side of the table and seen what gets people noticed — and what makes them invisible. I’ve helped professionals break through career stalls, land jobs that fit, and step into roles that actually feel good to wake up to.
